Why does piani. only make serums?
Because the serum is the step that delivers the active ingredient. Creams and cleansers matter, but they're not what changes how your skin looks. We focus on the step that does — and we do it well.
Are your serums safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are fragrance-free and designed to be gentle. If you have very reactive skin, we recommend a patch test before full application.
How long until I see results?
Many customers notice an improvement in hydration and smoothness within 1–2 weeks. More visible changes in clarity, tone, and texture typically appear after 3–6 weeks of consistent use.
Can I combine your serums?
Yes — piani. serums are designed to layer. A simple routine: cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid or Hydration Serum, Niacinamide Vitamin Boost, moisturizer, and SPF in the morning. Glycolic Acid Serum and Retinol Serum are alternated on different evenings, never layered together.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Do you test on animals?
Never. piani. is cruelty-free and formulated with vegan ingredients.
